Whether you are starting out in your fitness journey or competing at the highest level.   • Open gym - Non-members ‘pay as you train’ - £12.00 (Can book 3 days in advance pending available space).

GRFT TRAINING

Classes combine a mixture of AMRAP’s & EMOM’s - functional movements, compound & Olympic weight lifting, Skills and beasting that anaerobic conditioning. If you are looking to improve your overall strength & Conditioning whilst smashing a HIIT workout with the added bonus of shifting some weight & feel GREAT……. then GRFT Training class is for you.

  • We have 15 classes throughout the week running daily Mon - Fri

  • Max 15 people per class

  • All abilities & can be scaled and adaptive

GRFT HYROX

Classes combine both Hyrox movements, running, Ergs, Sleds and based on duration to build the engine. Not neglecting skill and working efficiency for those who want to improve there Hyrox or Hybrid race times. GRFT Hyrox is for everyone and really does help improve your endurance capacity and fitness levels. 

 

  • We have 10 classes throughout the week running daily Mon - Fri

YARD WORK

One of our favourite classes held on Saturday mornings. BIG TEAM workout combining of some strongman movements and cardio. Expect to carry some heavy objects, push and pull, run and climb some things and you might have to jump and crawl over a few things too! Yard work is FEEL GOOD workout getting through it as a TEAM!

 

  • 1 x Class Saturday A.M

TEEN GRFT'ERS

Teen Grafters are aged 12 - 16 yr old. Like our GRFT Training, these classes are an introduction to Functional fitness for the younger athlete looking not only to improve fitness levels but also learn new skills in the gym environment with careful guidance. A fun based class looking at putting a little bit of GRFT in whilst gaining confidence and improving their knowledge. Look to get a head start on your friends and book a class! Not included within the monthly memberships. Please use booking link to book your class. (Can be booked 2 weeks in advance)

FULL GAS

Full Gas is a fun big engine builder based on Concept 2 Erg’s. Focusing on building cardio and pushing your VO2 max, this is a big sender session lasting from 30 - 50 min in duration. Huge calorie burner for those looking to shift some timber but also an add on to those looking to improve on their rowing and ski skills along with some bike recovery. 

 

  • We have 2 classes available Thur A.M & Sat A.M

  • Max 14 people per class

  • All abilities - High Volume

PARENTS & LITTLE GRFT'ERS

Our Parent & Little GRFT’ers is a relaxed and fun class where we welcome children to watch or even join in with their parents. Classes are coached but relaxed so feel free to attend to your children’s needs if necessary whilst still getting a good workout in. We welcome our little GRFT’ers in our outdoor mini gym whilst parents enjoy their session (please be aware that parents are responsible for their children at all times). 

 

  • We have 2 Classes throughout the week on Tue & Thurs

MINI GRFT'ERS

Mini Grafters are aged 8 - 11 yr old. Designed with fun in mind, these classes are structured on building confidence and keeping the energy high. Developing coordination and using your bodyweight to your full advantage. Whether its skills or games, this class really helps develop and understand movement whilst finishing with a little sweaty workout! Not included within the monthly memberships. LEGENDS

Our Legends class is for the 60+ We continue to push our GRFT Training sessions with adaptive movements and skills for our Legends, so they can continue to build strength and keep that engine strong through HIIT workouts. Lots of compound movements on the barbell, functional fitness along with AMRAP’s & EMOM’s so you can get the best from your workout. If its your 1st or 100th class, we’ve got you covered and welcome everyone!

  • Classes every Wednesday 12.30pm - 1.30pm

  • Max 15 per Class
