GRFT THERMAL CLUB
Our exclusive Thermal Club is equipped with 3 Ice baths from Urban Ice Tribe and a fully luxurious 8 person Thermally Treated Sauna. We believe when you train hard you must recover well. So we are proud to offer this outdoor facility located in a private part of our site linked to our changing & shower facility. Outdoor but undercover offers you a relaxing experience when you have had a busy day or just want to enjoy sometime with friends. Add to your recovery sessions, message guns and Air Jett Boots so you can enjoy that down time, whilst planning your next workout!
Towels not provided. Please bring two - one for the sauna and a second for drying.

COLD BATHS / COLD THERAPY
Our Urban Ice Tubs offers you the chance to recover quicker from those intense workouts/heavy lifting sessions or even that stressful day. Our ice baths reach temperatures as low as 3 - 8 degree to help reduce inflammation and muscle soreness. With low cold water temperatures, we can delay onset muscle soreness (also known as DOMs) and help constrict blood vessels to speed up your recovery by reducing inflammation and swelling. Other benefits to cold water therapy :- improving our immune system and help increase our antioxidants to fight illnesses - improve Dopamine and Noradrenaline to help our mental clarity and improve mood.
Note: Keep in mind that cold water therapy may not be suitable for everyone. So please consult a healthcare professional and please make us aware of any medical conditions before you visit us.
SAUNA / HOT THERAPY
Our Barrelled sauna offers you the chance to relax and detoxify whilst improving your cardiovascular health. Using heat can improve and speed up recovery through soothing muscular soreness, aches and joint pains. Toxins can also be released from the body through sweating along with helping boost your immune system. With our relaxing environment, we can promote and help improve mental clarity and focus.
Saunas are a great addition to your self-care routine, promoting an overall well-being and relaxation.
